The single story existing 1890's Victorian House is placed in one of Cape Town's heritage conservation area of Tamboerskloof. The extension to this heritage classified house ,needed to be highly sensitive. New pavilion extension was required to extend the house and create a practical flow from the existing house and to a new entertainment pool and court area. The existing house was to be fully renovated in addition to the extension.
