The Brief
BM Architects has been involved in numerous Industrial projects since 2010, some containing a commercial aspect within this field. We have been designing warehousing for Cash & Carry stores, Jumbo Stores, Fruitspot plants, Nampak & Bevcan factories. In all projects a strict brief and requirement on practical and functionality aspects are key to these types of Buildings.
The Concept
Our approach has been “form follows function”, and aesthetics follows the pure form of the warehouse. Concealing the look of the industrial warehouse is not something we strive for. We work with the industrial aesthetics in its pure form. In some cases where branding is required, we follow our clients branding image and marketing philosophy.
