The corner extension was pushed to the edge of the street to maximize visibility to pedestrians and vehicular traffic, with shopfronts exposure. New Pedestrian route was created from the street, leading up to the existing elevated building above street level. First floor offices received a dedicated entrance from the street and parking to the back of the building.
