Malibu House Sectional Title Development
The Brief
Redesign and extend a sectional title scheme consisting of two standalone dwelling units. Privacy was a key factor, giving each unit their ocean views, indoor/outdoor spaces without compromising on their privacy
The Concept
New courtyard spaces for each unit were created. Every living room and bedroom was designed to have an outdoor space. Decking patios and balconies were created at every position available. The courtyards with pools and outdoor living areas were oriented away from the line of sight of each other, while maintaining north west, and north east ocean views.
