Open plan concept was introduced to the layout to improve the flow between kitchen and living space, and balcony relationship. The entire apartment received new finishes, new lighting, and newly designed bathrooms. Finishes were selected to be low maintenance but at the same time sophisticated and timeless, Low energy approach to lighting design was implements with a full LED lighting system installed.
