The Brief

Our brief was to reimagine the pool and entertainment area, creating a seamless and comfortable connection to the existing garden. The old pool, located directly beneath the existing balcony, was to be removed. The creation of privacy from neighbouring sites was also a key.

The Concept

Using the old pool as structural support, we created a larger new patio directly adjacent to the interior spaces. The new pool was positioned to draw the eye toward the ocean and garden views. A series of decks and patios creates a gentle transition down to the garden, while strategically placed privacy screens define the outdoor spaces.
